Service Administrator @ Bahan Township (This job is closed!)


1) Provide pre and post service administrative support to both internal and external customer
2) Assist in maintaining of the effective service administrative systems, Identify and recommend improvement in procedure, forum and work flow in the department
3) Prepare periodic report. Eg, Monthly service report, Spare parts Inventory report for timely
4) Handling of customer/dealer account for service and repair administrative job.
5) Support sub-contractor/dealer with good service attitude, scheduling jobs, verifying the quotation, and service & training operation
6) Plan and arrange service appointment
7) Educate and train to sub-contractor/dealer for administrative and training process
8) Keep record for Daily service & Training activity
9) Warranty claim process for service activity
10) Full scope of Branch's Warranty Service Management
11) Support for service & installation trainning functions.
12) Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

General requirement

1) Good Interpersonal and communication skills ***(English Intermediate Level)***
2) Proficiency in Microsoft words, Excel and Power Points (Excel - skillfully)
3) At least 2 years of experience in related field
4) Female
5) Minimum Degree holder (B.E.) from Engineering background (Mechanical and electrical degree have more advantages)
